This lady was troubled by dark pigmentation, hollowing and wrinkles under the eyes. This made her feel like she looked tired all the time. After thorough consultation, we agreed on a package of treatments to achieve her goal of bright looking eyes with a fresh look.

We started with Sunekos skin boosters under the eyes to improve skin thickness and texture, and to reduce pigmentation. After this Juvederm Vycross facial fillers were carefully placed into the cheeks and under eye hollows to create a smoother, brightened appearance.

The Lytham lift is a bespoke facial rejuvenation treatment for those who want to reverse the signs of ageing and revitalise their entire face rather than focus on one or two areas. This skilful procedure requires advanced level training and is one of Dr Taylor’s specialist areas within aesthetics.

This lady was concerned mostly by sagging or the lower face and jowls, smile lines on her cheeks and lines around the lips. She wanted a fresher lifted look but without looking unnatural.

Her treatment was full face rejuvenation using facial fillers and biostimulators. We also incorporated a good skin care routine with vitamin C and retinol. This treatment was completed over 3 treatment sessions a few months apart.
Facial fillers were carefully injected into the cheek, jaw, chin and temples to create lift and structure. Biostimulators were also used in the lateral cheek area to improve skin quality and create additional lift along with smoothing of the cheek smile lines. Finally, superficial facial filler was used around the mouth area to smooth lines and re plump and define the lips.

This is a great example of Dr Taylor’s signature ‘Lytham lift’ technique for full face rejuvenation. It shows how carefully adding structure in the upper face can significantly lift the sagging areas in the lower face. Shaping around the chin and mouth area has also created balance and definition. A subtle lip enhancement was the finishing touch to achieve a fresher, beautiful look.
